When the processing of personal data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which Inov4Agro is subject directly or indirectly (by virtue of the service provision contract with the client).

Your data can be transmitted to subcontractors to handle on our behalf
In this case we will take the necessary contractual measures to ensure that the subcontractors respect and protect the holder’s personal data.

Personal data can be used to charge for services; dissemination of marketing campaigns; definition of consumption profiles, optimization of the customer experience; adaptation and development of new products or services.

DO WE STORE PERSONAL DATA?

You can request access to your personal data at any time upon written request to hello@inov4agro.pt and we will respond within a maximum period of 30 days. WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?

• Right of Access
Right to obtain confirmation of what your personal data are processed and information about them, such as, what are the purposes of the treatment, what are the storage periods, among others.

• Right of Rectification
Right to request the rectification of your personal data that are inaccurate or to request that incomplete personal data be completed.

• Right to Erase or Forgetfulness
Right to obtain the erasure of your personal data, as long as there are no valid and notably legal grounds for its conservation (for example, legal obligations imposed by the Tax Authority or Courts).

• Right to Portability
Right to receive the data you provided in digital format in current use or to request the direct transmission of your data to another entity.

• Right of Opposition
Right to oppose or withdraw your consent, at any time to a data processing, as long as there are no valid and in particular legal grounds for their preservation (for example, legal obligations imposed by the Tax Authority or Courts).

• Right of Limitation
Right to request a limitation on the processing of your personal data, in the form of suspension of treatment or limitation of the scope of treatment to certain categories of data or processing purposes, provided that there are no valid and in particular legal grounds for their conservation ( for example, legal obligations imposed by the Tax Authority or Courts).
